Tania Allen

Tania received a BA in History and Graphic Design from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and a BFA and Post-Baccalaureate degree from the Art Institute of Chicago. Before coming to Guarino Design, Tania worked in a number of award-winning design studios in both Chicago and Boston and with such clients as Sears Roebuck and Company, Walgreens, Aon, the Chicago Botanical Garden, FleetBoston Celebrity Series, Abt Associates, and the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation.

Working in both print and on the web, Tania brings an analytical approach to her design concepts. Believing that design must respond to defined goals and appropriately communicate a compelling story, her work explores, tests and refines a range of ideas.
At Guarino Design, Tania has worked with such clients as BR+A Engineering, Art Interactive and Connor Guitars. Recent work includes a public awareness and identity initiative for Close to Home, a domestic violence prevention organization; an Asthma Workbook for CCHERs, an initiative of Northeastern University and a new identity program and brochure for the Family Justice Center.
